Fire Protection
Most high-rise developments require dry risers to comply with building and fire regulations. We install external inlet boxes for connection by the fire brigade, along with outlet boxes on every floor. This gives fire services maximum flexibility in the event of an emergency.
Above Ground Soil & Waste Systems
Our soil and waste systems are manufactured in PVCu pipework, HDPE or cast iron depending on project requirements. All works are tested and certified by Building Control or the NHBC upon completion.
Rainwater Systems
Our rainwater systems – including guttering down pipes, balcony outlets and flat room drainage – ensure that gravity does its job.
Ventilation
We provide extract ventilation in bathrooms and kitchens using ventilation ducts and air bricks suited to the particular development. |
